Women Run Cape Cod 5k

~ An Event for Women and Girls Celebrating Health & Fitness ~

Date and Time: Sunday May 12, 2024, 8am. Register online at RaceRoster

Race Distance: 5k – walkers welcome!

Location: Start and finish at 59 Town Hall Square, Falmouth, MA

The Route: The Women Run CC 5K course is a flat out-and-back route from Town Hall. Click here for a course map.

Parking: Parking is available in municipal lots and at the Lawrence School. Parking will not be allowed in the Town Hall Square lot.

Entry Fee: Register online at RaceRoster. $30 pre/$35 on race day (maximum 500 participants). Entry fee for runners 18 years and under is $10 pre/$15 on race day. Parents must register those under 18 years old and sign a waiver.

Giving: Proceeds from the race will be donated to Falmouth Volunteers In Public Schools (VIPS), Be BOLD, and Girls on the Run (GOTR). Falmouth VIPS is one of the largest school volunteer programs in the region, offering volunteer-led programs for students in in grades K-12. Be BOLD is a new VIPS wellness and mentorship program designed specifically for adolescent girls, with the goal of building girls’ confidence through connections to positive role models in the community, while teaching skills to discredit self-doubt, build empathy, and celebrate individuality. GOTR is dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential. GOTR uses donations to provide financial assistance for materials related to running programs for girls in Grade 3-8 regardless of the family’s economic circumstances.
