Course Description

  • 10K loop – Run (or walk) the loop 1 -3 times (10K, 20K, 30K)
  • Due to the nature of the run, all distances are approximate
With trails, there is always a chance of last-minute route/distance
    changes
  • 100% Trail – No Paved Roads!
  • Roughly, the first and last two miles of the course are run through fields and are pretty fast (for trails), while the middle two miles are more single-track, winding, hilly, and technical (nothing too crazy though)
  • This is not a closed course. You may come across bikers, hikers, and horseback riders. Please be courteous and share the trails.
  • 3 Aid-stations: At start/finish and appx. miles 1.75 and 4.5.
  • Aid stations will have water and electrolyte drink.
  • The aid stations at 1.75 may be unmanned for laps 2 and 3.
  • This is a “cupless” event – you must bring your own handheld, camel back, etc.
  • There may be some food (e.g. fruit, cookies, candy) at the start/finish aid station.

Race Cutoffs

  • You must start your final lap (for whatever distance) by 11:00 AM.
  • 30K cutoff: 5 hours to finish (1:00 PM).

General Race Details

  • Please notify race officials if you leave the course or do not finish your registered distance.
  • If wearing headphones, be sure to keep the volume low enough to hear other runners or other people (bikers, hikers) on the course.
  • Please wear race bibs on the front of your shirt or shorts to help the timers as you finish a lap or the race.
  • Pets cannot accompany runners on course.
  • Free gift to the first 175 registered runners.
