Weekly Workouts

What: Weekly, year-round Hills & Drills workout.
When: MONDAY evening @ 5:30ish
Where: Locations Vary
Who: Anyone from 9-99, with an interest in running or walking on a high quality synthetic track
Prerequisites: None! We have runners and walkers of all abilities ranging from a 5:30 mile to a 15 minute mile.
What to expect: Runners arrive around 5:30 to warm up on their own with light jogging or walking. Workouts vary but include speed drills, hill repeats, as well has runner exercises/workouts.
Why: It is fun, you will meet lots of nice people and it is a great way to get a bit more fit and stay healthy
Bonus: Free training schedules and advice from someone with 45+years experience.

What: Weekly, year-round track workouts.
When: WEDNESDAY evening @ 5:30ish
Where: Falmouth High School outdoor track
Who: Anyone from 9-99, with an interest in running or walking on a high quality synthetic track
Prerequisites: None! We have runners and walkers of all abilities ranging from a 5:30 mile to a 15 minute mile.
What to expect: Runners arrive around 5:30 to warm up on their own with light jogging or walking. At about 5:50 we do dynamic stretching and striders as a group, and then start with the evening’s workout at 6:00. A typical workout includes a total of about 5,000 meters (3 miles) of running in various distances from 400 meters to a mile with recovery jogs/walks between sets.
Why: It is fun, you will meet lots of nice people and it is a great way to get a bit more fit and stay healthy
